Workplace Wellbeing

With unhelpful stress becoming the background to many people’s lives, physical and mental health issues are a real concern in the workplace as much as in the home. If leaders and employees are overstretched, depleted and run down, inspiration, effectiveness and communication are naturally compromised.

Years of study, research and practical experiences with teams and the individuals within them have culminated in the development of ‘The Calm Choice’ sessions and series in businesses, hospitals, schools, co-working spaces and other professional communities.


Understanding that time is a precious commodity, I offer short lunchtime or after-work sessions at your workplace. In one hour you will be guided through movement, mindfulness and meditation. This session will offer insight into what you need to do to be at your healthiest and how best to manage excessive pressure.


These custom events are tailored to any team’s needs. Common themes include refocussing vision, reconnecting with colleagues and rebooting energy levels. Positive and lasting change is facilitated by individual bodywork, exercise, guided reflection and deep relaxation. The workshops can run for a half day or whole day depending on your requirements.
