These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

 

Retreats

We may required to postpone or reschedule events. We will refund the fee in full if we have to postpone or cancel retreats and will provide at least 30 days notice if possible. We will contact each participant directly with next steps.

It is the attendee’s responsibility for all travel to/from retreats or events and we recommend travel insurance.

All retreats have a non-refundable deposit policy unless the space is filled.

Cancellation Policy: If attendees need to cancel for unforeseen circumstance once fully paid (within 30 days of retreat commencing), refunds of the second/final payment will be down to the host’s discretion. The retreat deposit and admin fee of £30 will be charged in all cases.

 

Workshops

Workshops are non-refundable unless the space can be filled.
